Remember Everything is a memory enhancement application that uses spaced repetition and AI-assisted features to help users remember names, birthdays, vocabulary, and other important information. The App includes:

• Memory creation and management tools
• AI-powered spaced repetition scheduling
• Smart reminders and notifications
• Knowledge packs for common conversation topics
• Cross-device synchronization

2. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Tier

• Limited to a specified number of memories and AI credits
• Limits may vary as part of our testing and optimization efforts
• Access to basic app functionality

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited memories and AI interactions
• Subscription fees are charged through the App Store
• Managed through RevenueCat subscription platform
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Cancel through your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

4. User Content and Conduct

Your Content

• You retain ownership of memories and content you create
• You grant us a license to store, process, and sync your content across your devices
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the App
• Share your account credentials
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App to harm others or violate their privacy

5. AI and Data Processing

AI Features

• The App uses artificial intelligence to optimize memory review scheduling
• AI processing is performed through our secure backend services
• We use third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to power certain features
• AI suggestions and scheduling are not guaranteed to be perfect

Data Processing

8. Service Availability

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• We do not guarantee that the App will meet all your needs
• AI features are experimental and may not always be accurate

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Termination

Your Rights

• You may delete your account at any time through the App
• Deleting your account will remove all your data from our servers
• You may continue using the App during any paid subscription period

Our Rights

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds for paid subscriptions

11. Legal and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
